LiFePO4 battery cells are among the safest Lithium-ion batteries on the market. The cell chemistry makes a thermal runaway overheating almost impossible. The cells are inherently safe even under extreme conditions and therefore they don’t pose a fire risk.
LiFePO4 battery are characterised by a high cycle stability which translates into a long lifetime even under intensive load conditions.

Yes, we offer 10 years warranty for our products.
How to deal with the faulty?
First, our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be controlled at 0.2% or less than 0.2%. Second, during the guarantee period, if your order is relatively small, we will re-ship the new lights to you. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions based on actual conditions, including re-call.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
