CATL LiFePO4 Cell Liquid Cooling BESS Series is the latest commercial and industrial energy storage system launched by PKNERGY & CATL in-depth cooperation. By upgrading the cooling system and combining it with CATL’s long-life LFP battery cells, it can easily achieve energy utilization of more than 18 years, helping users to obtain a higher return on investment.
All-in-One Industrial & Commercial Solar Battery
PKNERGY offers design services for battery energy storage systems with capacities ranging from 100kWh to 2MWh. These systems are highly integrated, featuring built-in PCS (Power Conversion System) and BMS (Battery Management System), among other key components. All equipment is fully tested and calibrated at the factory, allowing for immediate grid integration upon arrival, significantly reducing on-site commissioning time.

The solution utilizes CATL LiFePO4 cells and a liquid cooling system for heat dissipation. With a designed lifespan of 18 years, the system is projected to save the company more than 1 million RMB in energy expenses over its lifetime. Additionally, the energy storage system serves as a backup power supply, ensuring continuous operation during power outages or restrictions, thereby minimizing economic losses caused by production disruptions.
